It’s our pleasure to share with you the LFoundry Annual Review for the year 2016, in this link. 2016 was a crucial year for LFoundry. Indeed, on June 24, 2016, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (“SMIC), one of the leading semiconductor foundries in the world and the largest and most advanced foundry in mainland China, jointly announced with us the signing of an agreement to purchase a 70% stake in LFoundry.
Many results have already seen after the acquisition, but now we have to work on integration and face new challenges.

For this reason we are committed to providing clear and timely information on the efforts we have faced during this past year in different fields: from Quality, to EHSS, up to a short screen on Financial Data and our policies concerning the Human Resources management.
