June 2010 - LFoundry GmbH, a leading dedicated analog mixed signal and specialized technologies foundry, today announced that it has completed its’ previously announced acquisition of Atmel’s wafer fabrication operation in Rousset, France. In accordance with French law, this transaction was previously approved in March 2010 by Atmel’s Rousset Site Works Council.
