At its 200mm facility in Rousset, France, LFoundry offers customer-specific, flexible and fast manufacturing, leading-edge analog/mixed-signal process technologies and a robust and growing IP portfolio. LFoundry has adopted a process technology roadmap from 0.15micron to 0.11micron and provides access to its growing IP library and technology extensions including RF, HV, Embedded Memories, CMOS-based MEMS and Opto-CMOS, all certified for automotive (TS16949) and security (ISO15408) applications as well as proven radiation hardness capabilities for aerospace applications.		At the 200mm site Marsica Innovation & Technology (MIT) in Avezzano, Italy, customer imaging process technologies and products, using 180nm to 90nm technologies, are manufactured since 2008 including a volume copper back end of line, backside illumination process and testing capabilities. The fab provides automotive ISO-TS16949 certification as well as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and is planned to support LFoundry’s process technologies by 2014.
